Call for Poster and Presentation Proposals
Submission Deadline: July 15, 2025

The Colorado Society of School Psychologists (CSSP) invites you to submit a proposal for a poster or a session presentation for our 2025 Annual Fall Conference which will be held in Vail November 6-8, 2025.

This year’s theme, “Freedom and the Right to Thrive,” focuses on equipping school psychologists and educational professionals with tools, insights, and strategies that foster liberation, healing, equity, and student success in today’s evolving landscape.

We welcome proposals from:

  • School psychologists at all career stages
  • Graduate students and university
  • faculty
  • BCBAs, Autism, and ADHD coaches
  • Professionals with expertise in suicide prevention, threat assessment, culturally responsive practices, bilingual assessment, trauma-informed care, and other related areas.
  • Educational consultants and assessment publishers

When submitting, you will be asked to:

  • Indicate whether your submission is a poster or presentation
  • Provide a summary of your proposal (500 words or less)
  • Select a presentation length (1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 3 hours)
  • Specify your intended audience level:
          Graduate Students
          Early Career Professionals
          Seasoned Practitioners
          All Levels
  • List any special considerations (e.g., co-presenters, A/V needs, accessibility)

Electronic submissions via Google Forms only.

Important Note: All accepted presenters are required to register for the Annual Conference by September 15, 2025 to confirm their participation.
