Call for Poster and Presentation Proposals

The Colorado Society of School Psychologists (CSSP) invites you to submit a proposal for either a

poster or a session presentation for our 2026 Annual Fall Conference in Vail.

This year’s theme, Meeting the Moment: Responding to Today. Shaping Tomorrow, invites sessions

that reflect the current needs of students, educators, and systems while also looking ahead to the

future of school psychology. We invite proposals for poster and presentation sessions that uplift

this vision by addressing topics related to school psychology practice, research, innovation, equity,

mental health, and student success.

Important Dates

Presentation Submission Deadline: June 30th, 2026

Student Poster Submission Deadline: August 1st, 2026

All accepted presenters must register for the conference by September 15, 2026

We welcome proposals from:

School psychologists at all career stages
Graduate students and university faculty
BCBAs, Autism, and ADHD coaches
Professionals with expertise in suicide prevention, threat assessment, culturally responsive practices, bilingual
assessment, trauma-informed care, and other related areas
Educational consultants and assessment publishers

When submitting, you will be asked to:

Indicate whether your submission is a poster or presentation
Provide a summary of your proposal
Select a presentation length
Specify your intended audience level:
Graduate Students
Early Career Professionals
Seasoned Practitioners
All Levels
List any special considerations (e.g., co-presenters, A/V needs, accessibility)

Thanks to all of you who attended the 2025 CSSP Fall Conference:
Freedom and the Right to Thrive!!!

We had perfect weather and a record number of attendees who attended professional development sessions on a range of topics. The annual fish bowl raffle was a blast and raised several thousand dollars for student scholarships and early career mini-grants. A special thanks to our invited speakers, including Caroline Buzanko, Claudine Miles, Keygan Miller, Jessica Sprick, and our keynote speaker, Tania Chairez.
