The CSSP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is seeking nominations for school psychologist practitioners demonstrating outstanding work in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusive practices. Please submit a CSSP member who exemplifies the following criteria:

· Gives voice and demonstrates reflection on prior professional practices to shift thinking that influences the current status of professional practices with intent to heal and repair harm; (e.g., use your voice)

· Acknowledges the lack of diversity and inclusion within professional practices and uses data-informed decision-making to inform changes in training and professional practices; and/or (e.g., you know better, so you can do better)

· Works to ensure proportionate diversity representation of school psychologists in K-12 schools through recruitment and retention efforts to ensure practitioner demographics align with the demographic representation of students in Colorado schools.  (e.g., better representation)

Two awardees will be selected within the nomination pool and receive acknowledgement at the Colorado Society of School Psychologists 2023 Fall Conference (conference attendance NOT required).
