Payment Issues
If you have payed by credit card (confirmed in an email from PayPal) and the web site does not relfect your updated membership - do not panic :-) Transactions can take up to a day to be posted back to the web site. Please check again at a later time, and be certain to log out and log back in. If after retrying in 24 hours, you still do not see your membership status updated, please contact CSSP_Board@mtnboces.k12.co.us
